Here’s some free advice that does’t require an investment in an new ATS, Artificial Intelligence or a recruitment marketing agency to improve your company’s ability to attract hard to find candidates.

1. Show up on time for interviews – a candidate shouldn’t have to wait for you. 

 Be on time.

Be present.

Be prepared.

 DEMAND IT OF YOUR HIRING TEAM.

2. Treat candidates as if they were a long lost friend you haven’t seen in years, as opposed to an interruption to your work day.

3. Say “Thank You” for taking time out of their day to come in and meet.  

Don’t wait around for their “thank you” – set the tone of the relationship(even if you don’t hire them) by treating them like a guest in your home before, during and after.
