We're helping a client identify a Customer Success Manager | Quality Systems for the Quality and Compliance Management platform; we're looking for individuals who've worked in Quality and Food Safety in a manufacturing or processing setting and is looking to leverage their experience in a new direction.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving adoption of the Quality, Compliance and Traceability platform.

Customer adoption - getting customers to utilize all of the platform's capabilities
Customer retention - work with the customer through the account lifecycle ensuring their technical and business requirements are being met related to the platform and its capabilities.
Account expansion - look for opportunities to expand the customer's usage rate and identify opportunities where other platform solutions can be implemented with the customer

Skills

Excellent communication skills
High level of understanding when it comes to business processes associated with food safety, food traceability, quality assurance, quality control, supplier quality and quality systems in a food or beverage manufacturing setting
Willingness and high degree of competency influencing change in face of resistance
Excellent project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively in person, online and in writing to a varied audience
Comfortable working with and speaking with mid and senior-level management in a food or beverage plant setting

Qualifications

Work experience in one or more of the following environments in a Food Safety, Site Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Plant Quality function:

food manufacturing
beverage manufacturing
nutraceutical | dietary supplement manufacturing

Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in diagnostics, chemicals, food safety training, auditing or SaaS company is highly desirable
Familiarity with HACCP, HARPC, BRC, SQF, AIB, GFSI, FDA, USDA, ISO regulations, certifications and schemes as they relate to Food Safety & Quality
Experience working as a heavy user / super user of quality management systems, compliance software and other cloud-based enterprise applications in a food or beverage manufacturing setting

Education

Bachelor degree, preferably in food science, microbiology, chemistry, food technology or biology
