We're helping a client identify a Functional Business Analyst who'll be responsible for documenting business requirements, use cases and business processes.

The Business Analyst will then be responsible for working with the internal software development and software engineering team to develop solutions that are customer-centric and help their customer base achieve their objectives.

Strong technical | creative writing skills
High process orientation, specifically in the context of software development, business workflows and technical project management
Excellent listener and in-depth understanding of food and beverage manufacturing systems challenges

2-4+ years experience in same or similar roles within a SaaS company(b2b)
