We’re currently helping a Supply Chain Management software company(SCM software) identify a Sales Executive for their team who will be responsible for selling into food manufacturers, distributors and warehouse/distribution partners.

This individual will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree is preferred
  • Previous work experience in supply chain, distribution, warehouse, logistics is a great background, but not required
  • Subscription-based software as a service(SaaS) sales experience required
  • Experience selling into food processing, food manufacturing and contract manufacturers is preferred
  • National / Headquarter account sales experience required, specifically into Tier-1 and Tier-2 manufacturers in food, beverage, ingredient and flavor industry.
  • B2B sales experience required
  • SaaS software sales experience required
  • National account sales experience required
  • Remote selling

You may have experience selling these type of SaaS or PaaS solutions into food, beverage, ingredient, flavor or CPG companies

Responsibilities

New account sales with Tier 1 and Tier 2 food, beverage, ingredient and flavor manufacturers and processors
Responsible for full sales-cycle, including prospecting, proposal development and hand-off to implementation and install team.
